Как удерживать 95% аудитории в течении всего вебинара?

Здравствуйте!

На прошлой неделе мы говорили о высокой конверсии с вебинара, а именно — как делать конверсию 30% в заявку во время онлайн-трансляции.

Многие знают, что мы работаем с крупным Инфобизнесом: Пинтосевич, Ковпак, Солодар, Тажетдинов, LiftMarketing, Никитин, Нестеренко, Ходченков и многие другие, для кого-то мы сопровождаем трафик, кому-то делаем воронки, и многим еще отдельно докручиваем вебинары.

В нашей компании я уже привыкла закрывать сделки: сделки 1 на 1, сделки с вебинара, продавать по телефону и через видео.
Наверное, поэтому никогда не выносила эту компетенцию как отдельную. И, признаюсь, считала, что искусство продаж — это что-то природное, врожденный навык чувствовать клиента, и он либо есть, либо его нет.

Я расплылась в радостной улыбке тогда, когда увидела, что мой скрипт продажи сработал для спикера в сложной нише, с низким эмоциональным тоном, назовем это так.

Это означало, что работает сама схема!
Она уже успела зарекомендовать себя на вебинарах Пинтосевича, Ковпака и в десятках проектов “Быстрых стартов “под ключ” ВП-7”

Сейчас разберемся, каких же правил проведения вебинара стоит придерживаться, чтобы добиться 95% удержания и конверсии в заявку 30%: 

1. Зачитывайте имена, когда люди пишут вам комментарии, плюсики и вопросы в чате. Назвали по Имени — считай, подружились.
Так вы будете удерживать внимание людей.

2. Получайте как можно больше согласия с вами в процессе вебинара. Есть правило, что любой продаже предшествует череда касаний и маленьких “да”. Так вот, чтобы человек на вебинаре заказал ваш товар, вы должны создать условия, чтобы он максимальное количество раз сказал вам “да”.
Это очень просто, на МК я расскажу, как ставить такие вопросы.

3. Бонус в самом конце. Поощрение для самых ответственных. Напоминайте о нем периодически во время трансляции.
Внимание: бонус должен быть очень ценным, и часто именно в нем заключена основная ценность вебинара. Люди его ждут, поэтому почти все 100% всегда с нами.

4. Раскройте оффер. Покажите уроки, расскажите про них, дайте человеку пощупать товар 🙂

5. Специальная цена только на Вебинаре. Тут важно быть честным, и спеццена должна быть действительно только на Вебинаре.

6. Бонусы при оплате сразу. Выкуп сразу нужно стимулировать.
Ценные подарки вам в этом помогут.

7. Начинаем телемагазин 🙂 Не бойтесь затянутой продажи.
Продажа это такая же полезная часть вебинара, как и контент. Вы даете человеку специальную возможность дойти до результата вместе с вами.
Поэтому когда вы сделали призыв оставлять заявку, покажите сами в прямом эфире, как вы это делаете. Ответьте на все вопросы касательно курса. 

Отпускайте тех, кто торопится и пишет коммент “Хватит продавать!”, будьте с ними строгими и демонстративно предлагайте покинуть комнату. Используйте ораторскую технику “кто в доме хозяин”, расскажу вам о ней на МК, а может, и покажу.
